| More information | Saturday 23th of March is Kuopio SYKETTÄ's 10th anniversary March workout marathon called jumppamaraton This class promotes the body's recovery. It focuses on reducing muscle tension through various stretches and other calming exercises. Different equipment can be used to enhance stretching or body control. This body care class is suitable for everyone! The instructor and content of this class varies weekly. Instructors of the class (changes might be possible): Henna Toppinen Pinja Nykänen Ronja Miettinen Cancel your enrollment at least 4 hours prior to the start of the session. Enrolling for the morning classes that start before 10 a.m. must be cancelled at latest 12 hours prior. Please remember that you are exercising at your own risk.
